  • Early Learning Programs

    Centre Manager The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations. This involves leading a team of passionate and dedicated early childhood professionals to deliver engaging educational programs ensuring the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework.

    Early Years Director – This position is responsible for the leadership and design of the Early Learning Program, with children at the heart of our service philosophy and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework. The Director supports the Centre Manager in daily operations.

    Kindergarten Teacher – The Kindergarten Teacher, who is bachelor qualified, is an essential member of the Early Learning team in the delivery of YMCA Children’s Programs in the community. The Kindergarten Teacher will work in partnership with fellow Educators, families and within a supportive team, with a focus on school readiness, and preparing them to confidently step into the future.

    Room Leaders – Room Leaders welcome children to care each morning, and help provide a fun and safe array of activities to stimulate and encourage children's development according to their age. Our room leaders are guided by the National Quality Framework to provide children the best start to a lifelong love of learning!

    Educators – Our childhood educators support children.

    Cook The Cook is responsible for the planning, provision and preparation of nutritious meals for the centre. They also ensure every child's individual needs are catered to, including special diets.

  • Before and After School Programs & School Holiday Programs

    OSHC Coordinator – Our OSHC Coordinator is committed to giving children the best start. This exciting leadership position oversees the daily operations and strategic development of the Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) and School Holiday Programs. As a motivated and customer-focused leader, the OSHC Coordinator leads a highly engaged and dedicated team of Children’s Programs staff to deliver programs in accordance with the National Quality Framework. The OSHC Coordinator provides experience and specialist support to a diverse and caring team, leads community and family engagement – with children at the heart of what we do.

    OSHC Educator – OSHC Educators help enrich children so they can develop to their full potential through Before and After School Programs. Our OSHC Educators facilitate diverse activities that include art and craft, music and movement, environment and sustainability, sport and the outdoors, drama and reading, cooking and much more.
