AllSites 11 Book a tour

Our 3-step enrolment process:

1.Book a tour

Begin by booking a tour- come and meet our Centre Manager and educators, and learn more about our facilities and programs.

2. Enrolment

After touring your new centre, you will be asked to complete an online or hardcopy enrolment form.

3. Orientation

Once you have completed your enrolment form and a place is available, orientation will then be arranged. This exciting free visit gives you and your child the opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the centre, educators and new friends!

Orientation is a set of three visits that typically run for one hour each. Unless previously arranged, you must stay at the centre while your child is undertaking orientation.

If there are currently no places for your child, we will ask you to register your details with us so we can contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The Government assists eligible families by offering the Child Care Subsidy. This subsidy is paid directly to the approved service of choice.

The Child Care Subsidy is based on information you provide to Centrelink, such as:

  • Your family's income.
  • Your child's age.
  • Activity hours.

These pieces of information are then used to determine how much financial support you may be eligible for.

To further understand the CCS and the eligibility requirements, visit the Department of Human Services website here, or contact Centrelink directly on 13 61 50.

Please also be aware of the “No Jab No Play” legislation, which may affect your childcare benefits.

The Child Care Subsidy now takes into account the number of hours (not just days) that your child attends our centre.

To ensure our families are able to optimise their subsidy based on their personal circumstances we are introducing new session lengths at our Early Learning Centres.

You will be able to choose between:

  • 9 hour session
  • 10 hour session
  • 11 hour session
  • All day session (Entire opening hours of our centre)

Our centre manager will be available to sit down with you to work out what is best for your family.
