There is a different process for permanent bookings and casual bookings. See the relevant section below to successfully change or cancel your booking for our programs.

Permanent bookings

Permanent bookings can be made for our Early Learning and Before and After School Care programs.

How to change or cancel your permanent booking

At this time, the only way you can cancel or change a permanent booking is by contacting your centre.

If you are cancelling a permanent booking you must provide at least seven days' written notice (via email) for Before and After School Care and 14 days' written notice for Early Learning.

Casual bookings

Casual bookings can be made for our Early Learning programs, Before and After School Care programs, and School Holiday Programs.

How to change or cancel a casual booking

If you need to change or cancel your casual booking, please use My Family Lounge (our online booking and enrolment system). Unfortunately, changes cannot be made by phone or email.

To cancel a casual booking:

  • sign into My Family Lounge;
  • scroll down to 'Casual bookings';
  • select 'Add casual booking' to open the calendar;
  • select the day you wish to cancel;
  • select 'Cancel booking'.

To change a casual booking to a different date:

  • sign into My Family Lounge;
  • scroll down to 'Casual bookings';
  • select 'Add casual booking' to open the calendar;
  • select the day you wish to change;
  • select 'Cancel';
  • go to the calendar and select the new day you'd like to book;
  • select 'Book selected day' and then 'Save & exit'.

Please note that we require at least seven days' notice for changes and cancellations to casual bookings. There will be no option to cancel if there are less than seven days until your booking.
