My Family Lounge is an online booking and enrolment system. You can use it to:

  • enrol your child in our programs;
  • submit a new booking request;
  • manage your existing bookings;
  • update your details.

You can access the My Family Lounge website on your desktop computer or on a mobile device. There's also a My Family Lounge app, which you can download via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Need to create an account?

If you need to create a Family Lounge account with the Y, select the 'Register' button below. 


Once you've entered your details, you'll receive an email with a link to complete your registration. You can then enrol your child and make bookings in our programs.

Remember, when you enrol you'll need to:

  • choose the service you wish to enrol into;
  • provide billing information for a direct debit;
  • provide contact information;
  • provide your child's Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN), as well as the CRN for the person claiming Child Care Subsidy;
  • upload a copy of your child's immunisation history statement;
  • upload a copy of your child's birth certificate;
  • upload a copy of your child's medical management plan if they have one.
