Important notice for families
We regret to inform you that Sacred Heart OSHC will not be operating a Summer School Holiday Program this year.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to families in the Yarrawonga community.
However, the YMCA will continue to offer two school holiday programs within the Goulburn Valley region – Yarrawonga College – and Sacred Heart families are welcome to book into one of these services.
How to book an alternative service:
To book an alternative service, you will be required to update your enrolment form and add the additional service. This can be done via the My Family Lounge website on your desktop computer or mobile device.
- Log in to My Family Lounge and select 'View enrolment.'
- In the drop-down menu located in the top left corner, select the additional service you wish to attend.
- Ensure your enrolment form information is up to date, sign off on the terms and conditions, and submit.
- Ensure your billing details are updated for the new enrolment, as incomplete billing information will prevent your child from attending the service.
Once you have added the additional service:
- Scroll down to 'Casual bookings' and select 'Add casual booking.'
- Find the day you'd like to book in the calendar and select 'Book selected day.'
- Repeat the above step to book any additional days (please note you can only book one day at a time).
- When you've made all your bookings, select 'Save & exit.'
You are now booked in and can view your bookings in My Family Lounge.

After School Care
If you're looking for high quality care for your child after school hours, we're here to support you. Our After School Care programs are suitable for children from five to 12 years and are a great way to complement their learning.
We offer a range of fun and social activities including arts and crafts, board games and puzzles, cooking, expressive arts, gardening, and sport and ball games. Our friendly Educators can also help your child with their homework.
Plus, we provide healthy and delicious snacks after school.
We also offer a Pupil Free Day program throughout the school year, depending on booking numbers.
Sacred Heart Yarrawonga
School Holiday Program
Our holiday program provides an opportunity for your child to learn from new experiences through a fun mix of activities, while making friends along the way.
We offer a wide variety of interest-based in-house activities, themed incursions and exciting excursions. Our holiday programs are run by experienced Educators who help your child become more confident and independent.
Activities could include anything from crafting your own pottery or woodwork creations to taking part in sport and fitness challenges. We run regular excursions too (such as to the local cinema). We've even had native Australian animals visit us!
Keep an eye out for our upcoming program – we'll share the schedule on this page about four weeks before the school holidays start.
Prices
To support our families, we offer permanent and casual booking options. Casual bookings do incur an additional cost.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
|
Our programs qualify for the Federal Government's Child Care Subsidy (CCS). CCS helps eligible families access approved and registered child care providers by partially subsidising the cost of daily fees. The 'Fee' price listed in the table above is the full permanent or casual daily fee for each program without any CCS entitlements. *The 'You pay as little as' price is an example of the out of pocket fee paid by families who qualify for the maximum CCS percentage (90%). The fees above are calculated at 85% subsidy to allow for the 5% withheld by Services Australia to reduce the chances of an overpayment. When our holiday programs are open for bookings, you'll be able to see the prices for each activity on this page. These prices are the daily price and do not include any CCS you may be entitled to, which could significantly reduce your out of pocket expense. Refer to the Government website for more information about CCS funding and your eligibility. We also recommend using this CCS calculator to estimate your new subsidy payments. Our customer service and onsite teams are happy to assist you with any queries you have regarding this funding and to help you navigate the system. |
