We're proud to support local Trafalgar families with our YMCA School Holiday Program based at Trafalgar Primary School

This program is run by YMCA Children's Programs – part of YMCA Victoria.

Bookings are now open for our Autumn School Holiday Program which runs between Tuesday 6 - Friday 16 April 2021.

Easter Shenanigans
Don’t miss the celebrations as we make Easter bonnets and baskets, have our very own parade and decorate eggs.

We celebrate the change in seasons with wonderful Autumn inspired activities to rejoice this beautiful time of the year.

Science Day
Learn about the universe with a planetarium discovery dome and solar system mobiles. We'll also be making space rock cakes.

Old School Games

Session times

To accommodate our families, we offer YMCA School Holiday Programs between 06:30 and 18:00 during the holidays (see the 'Next program' section above for dates).

What to bring

  • Lunch and snack (nutritious & NUT FREE)
  • SunSmart hat and sunscreen
  • Water bottle
  • Weather appropriate clothing and shoes
  • Where activity involves water, please bring swimwear, towel and a change of clothes as required



We believe in an inclusive society for all children and families. Children with additional needs are welcome to attend our program. Families must contact the OSHC Coordinator at least four weeks prior to the holiday program to discuss the individual needs of your child and complete any funding applications. Prices and subsidies

Daily program fee: $65.00*

*Please note, this fee is for in house School Holiday Programs. Different fees are set for each day, depending on whether it is a headquarters, incursion or excursion day. A list of fees for each holiday program will be confirmed prior to the holiday program start date (here on our website, or in hard copy at the centre).

Our programs qualify for the Federal Government's Child Care Subsidy. The Child Care Subsidy helps eligible families access approved and registered child care providers, by partially subsidising the cost of daily fees. Please note, the prices above do not include any child care subsidy you may be entitled to, which could significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expense.

Debit process

Our programs operate on a fortnightly debit cycle, which withdraws payment for the next two weeks of care your family has booked.

If you book an additional day of care during our School Holiday Program, your account will be back charged in the following debit cycle.

To enrol your child in a YMCA School Holiday Program or submit a booking request, go to the bookings page for step by step instructions on how to to get started. Bookings are managed through an online system called My Family Lounge.
