Our upcoming Spring School Holiday Program will run from Monday 20 September to Friday 1 October 2021.
The Victorian Government have introduced restrictions that limit who can access our services during the current COVID-19 situation.
As a result of these access restrictions we have the difficult decision to cancel the spring program at Trafalgar Primary School.
The Trafalgar program will return in future holiday periods when restrictions have eased.

To accommodate our families, we offer YMCA School Holiday Programs between 06:30 and 18:00 during the holidays (see the 'Next program' section above for dates).
What to bring
- Lunch and snack (nutritious & NUT FREE)
- SunSmart hat and sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Weather appropriate clothing and shoes
- Where activity involves water, please bring swimwear, towel and a change of clothes as required
We believe in an inclusive society for all children and families. Children with additional needs are welcome to attend our program. Families must contact the OSHC Coordinator at least four weeks prior to the holiday program to discuss the individual needs of your child and complete any funding applications. Prices and subsidies
Daily program fee: $65.00*
*Please note, this fee is for in house School Holiday Programs. Different fees are set for each day, depending on whether it is a headquarters, incursion or excursion day. A list of fees for each holiday program will be confirmed prior to the holiday program start date (here on our website, or in hard copy at the centre).
Our programs qualify for the Federal Government's Child Care Subsidy. The Child Care Subsidy helps eligible families access approved and registered child care providers, by partially subsidising the cost of daily fees. Please note, the prices above do not include any child care subsidy you may be entitled to, which could significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expense.
Our programs operate on a fortnightly debit cycle, which withdraws payment for the next two weeks of care your family has booked.
If you book an additional day of care during our School Holiday Program, your account will be back charged in the following debit cycle.

To enrol your child in a YMCA School Holiday Program or submit a booking request, go to the bookings page for step by step instructions on how to to get started. Bookings are managed through an online system called My Family Lounge.
